po2xml from Hoary

Hi,

I've just checked if the quickguide fr.po from Rosetta was OK to
transform back to .xml. The result was rather positive, but I
encountered another problem.
The po2xml command places some newline characters inside xml tags:

<book lang="&language;" id="quickguide">
    <title
>&inline-ubuntu-icon; <phrase
>Guide express</phrase
> </title>

instead of 

<book lang="&language;" id="quickguide">
    <title>&inline-ubuntu-icon; <phrase>Guide express</phrase>
    </title>

Has it something to do with the Hoary version of po2xml ? Could someone
check this ?
