Actually, a note on this: this is Ubuntu jargon. It seems like a good
idea to avoid this kind of thing on the very front page. The page itself
can be called LoCoTeams, but the clickable link text would be better off
being something like "Making Ubuntu fit your local community (LoCo
teams)" or something.
