No, there hasn't been a need perceived for them to occur very frequently
yet. And I think everyone's afraid of the "but why do *I* have to get up
at 0300 every single week?" argument that would happen on the way to
setting a regular time :)

They tend to be scheduled whenever a few issues arise, and they're
scheduled around people who let us know their preferred times.
