I think having several people monitoring the dev list and also at least
one docteam person at each technical board meeting (they're open to all
attendees according to the wiki) would go a long way towards keeping us
informed.
This means that if the dev team slip-up as happened with the wiki where
Henrik did not include ubuntu-doc in the wiki notice, our own people can
forward on information very quickly.
