I really wish people would edit the new version is svn. We did loads of work 
to port the document and use docbook faq format. Seems like we will have to 
do the same for this new version. I doubt if plovs will want to come back and 
do it all over again and I am certainly not going to do it. I requested for 
this many moons ago and my requests were simply ignored.
