room101 set up

I have set up room 101 for all the dirty hacks we hope to see die a 
firey death when as bugs get quashed.

It would be helpful if people use this to document all the workarounds 
we see on ubuntu-user so they are all in one place and we can direct 
people to them as a whole.

The idea is these get removed as bugs are killed and only exist to aid 
users while developers are working on fixing showstopper bugs.  Anything 
that adds extra functionality that isn't attached to a bug will probably 
have to find a more permenant home.
