zwiki.org seems down so a few questions

cant get to the zwiki site so can't look at doumentation ;(

So I was wondering if someone could give us a hand.

first How do I do internal links an specify the label - i.e.

'''Other Languages: {de} [wiki:GermanWebsite Deutsch] | {es}
[wiki:SpanishDocumentation Español] '''

Is there a way of making [de] be the flag.

And lastly how do we do [[TableOfContents()]]?

I am using MoinMoin markup.
