Ubuntu migration

Hello,

I've been asking sabdfl for more info about what's going to happen to
the wiki we're working on.

The new wiki will be announced as soon as it's ready, which may even
mean tomorrow.

With regards to the wiki work that's happening now, stevea has written a
script to convert the old contents to the new wiki, and they'll lock the
wiki before the conversion, so that no work will be lost.
