Putting new front page live.

OK - I just hope the new wiki is not more complicated to use than the
old one.  I'me also a bit suprised there was not a more open discusion
about it - but as usual it is the techies who have all the power ;(.

What really woried me was that HTML can be put in the new wiki.  This
is really going to put of non technical people from updating it.
