You put the issue(s) on a seperate page. On the FrontPage or any page
you want you add the line:

||<tablewidth="100%" #FFFFA0> [[RandomQuote(CurrentIssue)]]||

It will take all the lines starting with: * ,one by one. Reload to see
it rotating.
