New wiki layout ideas

This seems a little tech centric.  There is nothing about
getting/installing Ubuntu and the first section is about Development
Tools.  I think we need something which appeals to non techies and
more specifically non Linux techies.

This would be a great basis for a Ubuntu for Developers Page - which
is an idea I really like.
