a good idea! 

The 4th and 5th of december would be best in this regard that we could
do stuff before people go to the conference and they will have
something to show for. The 12th i will be traveling back home, eg i
will not have any network connection, and won't be able to do
anything.

if not any of these two weekends suit us, then we should do it another
time, it is a good idea.
