partintro in userguide.xml

Hello all,

I am getting the following error when i look at the userguide.xml in
yelp:

FIXME: partintro

It appears at the start of the first paragraph within the <partintro>
block of each part in the book.

Any ideas why that would happen? I had a look at a few other gnome help
documents and they don't have any special in the <partintro> section,
just a lot more content.
