Well I think Matt summed most of it up. We should create a page for
"proposed docs to be moved", we could list docs here and say if they
should go to docbook, or to the main site. We can than sign off on each
page and after said page has at least three sign off's we move it. Does
that sound good? I think this would be the best way of moving docs into
main stream.
