Well what do we really want from this system.
this is my thinking so far
Priorities
Task
Status
Owner
Due Date?
Comments?

If it comes down to it i may code something (thought most of my coding
knowledge is ms specific)
I do have something that is similar to what i have stated above
however it is in asp, and as far as i know apache asp support is not
the best.
So if we do get something what do we want it as, web based ? or application?
