Playing around with XSL parameters and determining which style sheet to
include can be confusing. I should have looked into
/usr/share/doc/docbook-xsl/README at first...

Yes, this is a little confusing at the moment. We will probably be
moving to John Hornbeck's server soon. Until then the repository can be
found at http://ubuntu.workaround.org:8080/faq. Sorry for the confusion.
