Ubuntu Doc Repository

Ok, I was told that it would be better to put each repository by its
self.  here they are

69.155.172.150/book
69.155.172.150/faq
69.155.172.150/gnome-docs

If this does not work, please let me know.  Try not to commit today that
way any last changes do not mess anything up.
