FrontPage and AllPages

Current state of affairs:

The FrontPage has no longer a list of all the pages attached to it.
This makes it look more 'controlled'

All the pages in the wiki can be accessed through:

https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/AllPages

This page is an alphabetical list, but maintains the subpage order.

Question for admins:

* Can we have an apphabetical only list (next to this)
* Are there any 'lost' pages, if so how can I find them?
