Web page suggestion: add description of "multiverse" to the "Components" page

The relevant terms are the Ubuntu License Policy
(http://www.ubuntulinux.org/ubuntu/licensing/), which determines what the
project considers to be free software.  The GNU GPL is only one example of a
license which meets these guidelines.
