[advice] Quick Guide About and User Guide About Sections

Quick Guide About and User Guide About Sections

Some people say these are different sections in different books and so they 
say their content with different content. I can't see why. Perhaps somebody 
could explain?

I am inclined to do these sections once in one of the books and just reuse 
them in the other.
