FAQ - Proposal

Why does the faq document have a version number hardcoded into the directory,
file and title names the document? Since this document is under svn this
should not be needed.

The topics covered here are more advanced than the User Level. I would think
they are for the Admin.

I propose:

1. rename directory to faq
2. rename main driver file to faq.xml
3. restort to Docbook FAQ format
4. Specify FAQ for Admin and FAQ for User
5. Create new book "Administrators Guide"
6. Merge sections into "Administrators Guide"
7. Link the faq's to relevant sections in "User Guide" and "Admin Guide"

Feedback from the team invited.
