Possibility to create new Czech translation of programs which is included in Ubuntu?

Hi all,

i am 33 programmer with about 5 years experiences in linux.I would like
translate Ubuntu in my native language Czech.If you agree, i do my best
to learn Ubuntu speak Czech :-)
