Users guide vs Quickguide

I just chatted with lu about the an official baz archive. I stress
that I don't want to step on any toes and would like to make the
transition as painless as possible.

My thought (a certainly not something that anyone should take as
anything else) is that we move the quickguide to baz and leave the
already done docs on svn for now.

Thus we can move the rest of the it when needed and wanted.

Thoughts?

Corey
