Why is the userguide not advancing

The Ubuntu User Guide is available from my svn server.  You need
subversion installed than just "svn co http://69.155.172.150/faq" and
that will pull it down.  You can than cd into the directory and "yelp
userguide.xml" to launch it.  If you need some more help just ask.
