All imports failing due to 403 errors

Hello again,

It appears that all imports are failing due to 403 errors:
http://package-import.ubuntu.com/status/

What service is the importer trying to hit that's not letting it in? How
can we fix this?

I've filed Bug 1464967 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/udd/+bug/1464967> to
track this.
