Cannot checkout the utopic version of the package psensor

Hello,

I am trying to branch the utopic version of the package psensor in order
to submit a patch.

 bzr branch lp:ubuntu/utopic/psensor
Most recent Ubuntu Utopic version: 1.0.2-1ubuntu3


Packaging branch version: 0.8.0.3-1ubuntu1
Packaging branch status: OUT-OF-DATE
Branched 20 revisions.

head -1 psensor/debian/changelog
psensor (0.8.0.3-1ubuntu1) saucy; urgency=low

head -1 psensor/NEWS
* v0.8.0.3

Unfortunely, it checkouts an older version. From [2] you can see
that the version in utopic is 1.0.2 not 8.0.3.

I wonder if it is not due to [3] which is pointing me to this mailing
list.

Did I miss a point? What is the most appropriate way to have this
issue fixed? Should I report a bug against launchpad?
