Thanks for the heads up. We did need to do a "requeue-package
- --all-of-type". I could teach it that this is a transient failure,
except we don't really want it trying endlessly when it can't push
until someone actually goes and fixes it.

I requeued the ones that I saw. If you see more that are obvious, just
let me know. (The website is only updated ~every 5 minutes. So it may
take a bit to be marked as in the queue.)
