Libvirt packaging branch OUT-OF-DATE

I could not pull updates from launchpad.
I get -
 $ bzr pull
Using saved parent location: bzr+ssh://
bazaar.launchpad.net/+branch/ubuntu/precise-updates/libvirt/
Most recent Ubuntu Precise Updates version: 0.9.8-2ubuntu17.5

Packaging branch version: 0.9.8-2ubuntu17.4
Packaging branch status: OUT-OF-DATE
No revisions or tags to pull.

Is there some way so solve this problem?
Should I file a bug?
