xz tar imports failing?

bzr-buildeb 2.8.2 is already deployed on jubany.

These failures seem to be fallouts from deploying a more recent
pristine-tar instead but that's just a gut feeling and I haven't
investigated yet.

There are also some 'PristineTarDeltaTooLarge' failures where
pristine-tar cannot find 'compress' (seriously ???). Indeed ncompress is
not installed on jubany (and probably never was) which seems a bit
surprising.
