Not really. It may lead to a strange failure if any imports are
currently in progress, but they will obviously be easily fixed by
requeuing.

Looking at the largest individual users they are an .orig.tar.gz and two
extracted dirs, likely indicating that something that extracts source
packages is not cleaning up correctly.

However, a quick look doesn't show anything obviously not handling
cleanup correctly, so I suspect it may just be leftovers when an import
is killed. The process isn't always going to get a chance to cleanup, so
this isn't entirely surprising.

Perhaps we should request a tmp reaper be run on that directory
periodically?
