We talked about doing that. And I think Jono wanted to write a database
query to check that. Since he thought it would be faster there. IIRC I
wrote a plugin to do the same check... (It is a bit slow because if it
isn't obvious we have to potentially walk a fair amount of history to
get to an answer.)
Though I thought with branch builder and merging just a subdirectory,
this wasn't strictly required... (Merging the packaging into upstream
doesn't require much for the actual content.)
