That's interesting: obviously the debian import is faulty: in the source
pacakge published at
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xine-lib/xine-lib_1.1.17-1.dsc,
there is no .bzr-builddeb/default.conf, but in lp:debian/xine-lib is.

I remember that I did play around with bzr on the xine-lib package, but
I abandoned this idea. For this reason it was removed from debian.

This indeed looks like a bug.
