Hmmm =)))) I *think* lp can do this already

In the merge proposals options set lp:debian/sid/package as pre-requisite.

Then the diff will be the one sponsors require!

I'm so excited about this. Gonna test this and then comment on the bug.

This will then need documentation as part of UDD-docs.
