Its not API accessible? Is there a bug open we can look at?

This is a good time to mention  but there is a GUI client in lptools to
do reviews already. Install lptools and run 'review-list'.

You can, for instance, set ~/.config/lptools/lptools.conf to
[lptools]
projects = \
~ubuntu-branches,~ubuntu-main-sponsors,~ubuntu-universe-sponsors
