I found that tricky to accomplish.  I needed a 'quilt pop' to get the quilt
patch to show up, and that undoes the changes to the tree.  But maybe I'm not
doing something correctly.  Anyway, I've updated this page with what seems to
work for me (I've done this with a few packages now):
