Bazaar focus for 2.1 and 2.2

Perhaps this is related a memory leak somewhere? Does the problem also
occur when incrementally pulling 1k at a time? 

I can't think of anything that scales with the number of preceding
revisions in bzr-git, although that doesn't mean there aren't any.
