At the sprint, my impression was that the goals were:
1. Work on daily-builds, especially bzr-builder
2. Work on the code imports that feed daily builds
3. In slack time, try to focus on bugs affecting Ubuntu.

I'm a bit surprised to see externals front-and-centre in your list.  I
don't remember serious discussion of them at the sprint.
