When I call the shutdown menu it doesn't darken the rest of the screen like it should, and doesn't capture mouse clicks. In fact it behaves like any normal window -only without the borders- and I can even place other windows on top of it. Sometimes it will even appear BEHIND open windows if there are any, which is quite annoying. It keeps happening even after reinstalling the system, but doesn't happen to other users so I assume it has to do with some gconf option I shouldn't have touched, and now I can't find the way to fix it.
