Well, that's more or less what I'm trying to do. Where do you guys think would be the best place to look for interested people who CAN implement this?<BR>

Also, I don't think having a whole new Ubuntu version just for this would be necessary. Having the few necessary programs packages and ready, and maybe some documentation in yelp for cafe owners to easily find them, would suffice to my eyes.
