Mailing list moderators needed

I, too, volunteer Robie! /s

I know that for my own smaller lists, it's really a matter of coming in 
and quick scanning through things.  A lot of subject lines are similar 
and sometimes you'll get 10 messages from a single email, and that's 
easy enough to pass over.
