Sure, I mean if we want full bridging with all the puppets on the IRC
side I assume, but I feel that's enough for now to have just a bridging
user that just redirects the traffic, no?

At the end if we consider the IRC channel just a fallback, you don't
need the best experience, but indeed the ability to communicate is
preserved even without a full list of users there.
