Reminder of temporary jammy-updates freeze for 22.04.5

Hello everyone,

Just a quick reminder that for the duration of the point release
preparation (that is till the end of this week) the jammy-updates
pocket will stay frozen and will only release SRUs whenever they're
necessary for the .5 milestone.
