Call for testing: first set of 24.10 RCs ready!

Hello everyone,

The first set of initial release candidate images for the 24.10
release are now ready for testing. Please check out the ISO tracker
milestone here:
https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/463/builds

These images should be relatively free of showstopper bugs. We will be
respinning the Ubuntu Desktop images for a fix to the TPM FDE
installs, but other than that we should be relatively good.
