Drop UBUNTU_CODENAME from /etc/os-release

It seems like this could be a headache for a lot of people. Debian
codesearch shows [1] many references to UBUNTU_CODENAME.

So, what's the gain for us dropping this? Or, what's the downside to
us keeping it?
