mainly focused on python package updates in preparation for 3.13
  - transitioned django to 5.1
    + fixed various reverse-depends test failures by running
      against python-cryptography 43.0.0-1
    + django-sitetree fixed with upstream patch replacing length_is
      with length
    + python-django-parler fixed through test expected
      translation change
    + django-axes fixed with new version
    + freedombox fixed through removal by doko
  - working on python-tornado build issues

blender FTBFS - added riscv support in plucky to fix build

bind-dyndb-ldap no-change rebuild in jammy to fix bind9 backport
migration

Sadly lost a few days this week to other high urgency tasks prior to
EOY shutdown.
