Reminder of temporary noble-updates freeze for 24.04.1

Hello everyone,

Just a quick reminder that for the duration of the point release
preparation (that is till the end of this week) the noble-updates
pocket will stay frozen and will only release SRUs whenever they're
necessary for the .1 milestone.
