I have reviewed this, and I approve of these changes. Please note,
that we need this uploaded in mantic, such that linux-firmware can
declare breaks on versions prior to this upload and switch to .zst
compressed firmware files.

As this will be the first upload of initramfs-tools that supports .zst
compressed firmware.
