Requesting autopkgtests

Hi,

Really nice improvement indeed! Much like Christian, we'd want to give back
autopkgtests from time to time when working on some ports, or on optimized
Ubuntu packages and images. The relevant team would be
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-partner-eng, and we would send explicit
guidance to people in that team or joining that team to work on Ubuntu on
when it's proper to give back an autopkgtest.

Thanks!
- Loïc
