Our policy is, broadly, to follow Debian maintainers on decisions of which
architectures a package should be supported on. I've removed the binaries
now.
This isn't something that needs discussion on ubuntu-devel; it's fine to
post here but a more lightweight process is to ask on #ubuntu-release on IRC
for an archive admin to remove the binaries in such cases.
