Maybe that is sufficient. A user can do:

sudo apt install fonts-atkinson-hyperlegible

and pick Atkinson Hyperlegible in the web browser and/or Tweaks.

Otherwise, if we want to include it on the ISO, I'm assuming that we 
should have a blessing from the desktop team before submitting a MIR.
